A set of grid shift files that allows GIS users to transform the coordinates of a dataset from Average Terrestrial System 1997 (ATS77) to North American Datum 1983 Epoch (Original) or North American Datum 1983 Epoch 2010 (NAD83 CSRS).

Also provided are ArcGIS transformation configuration files for moving between ATS77 and NAD83 datums.
